A downloadable game
With this latest 1.4 update, proper structure support has been added on the distant LOD chunks, along with various bug fixes and performance improvements! Please let me know if you see any bugs that need to be fixed, below is a little list of known ones on my radar.
Known Bugs to be fixed for Next Version:
- Structures don't generate correctly on chunk borders (you'll see trees for instance not generate across an axis)
- Chunks "pop" in and out as LOD changes - a little jarring
- Shadows start to look wonky at far distances from (0, 0, 0) - the center of the world
Controls:
- M
- Toggle Mouse
- Right Click
- Place blocks
- Left Click
- Break blocks
- F3
- Open debug window
- Esc
- Close game
- Shift
- Sprint
- Ctrl
- Fly down
- Space
- Fly up, jump
- H
- Toggle fly
- +
- Increase speed

- Decrease speed

- Toggle collisions
- B
- Toggle freecam. This will pause all culling
- Shift + F
- Toggle fullscreen
Download
Install instructions
Unzip the folder, and then run the file "run.bat" to run the game. The download folder is in the .rar format, so you need winrar to unzip it.
It has been found that Windows sometimes falsely flags the .rar as a virus - I'm looking into how to fix this for next release.
